Plumbing Service Technician
- What you’ll do: Run service calls across the Knoxville area — diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems in customers’ homes. You’ll be the face of Alpha on every job, so honest, upfront recommendations matter as much as technical skill.
- Pay: Starts at $25+/hour plus commission opportunities, with clear advancement as the company grows.
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- What you’ll do: Be the first voice customers hear when they call Alpha. You’ll answer calls, book and schedule service appointments, coordinate with the field team, and make sure every customer feels taken care of from the first hello to the finished job.
- Pay: Starts at $25+/hour with commission opportunities and room to grow.
